No hanging out in our front or side yard,
but you can help yourself to our back yard |
We have a quite neighborhood full of retirees and the noise will
disturb our elderly neighbors that are in their 70's and 80's. |

You may exit via the back yard gate in
between the Hot Tub room and house or the front door. |
No entering garage, we have 2 German
Shepherds that will kick your ass if you go in there. |

Parking on the grass or road is permitted |
No cigarette butts in the back yard
that's fenced in.
Our dogs may eat them. Cigarette butts are ok around the
outside of the house. |

Coolers can be placed on one of our patios in the back yard. |
We will have one empty fridge on the patio that you can place your
beverages inside if you would like |

Please be careful with the fire out in
the back yard. |
You can smoke, drink, talk, and laugh, but please
remember that our neighbors will be going to bed around 10:00pm. |
